What’s not included: We don’t do building repairs or removal of walls or insulation. You’ll need to resolve moisture issues before or after we treat.
Our 12-month guarantee
We guarantee treated areas will remain mould-free for 12 months once the underlying moisture issue has been resolved and our after-care guidance is followed.
If visible mould returns in a treated zone during the guarantee period, we’ll re-treat at no extra cost.
Exclusions: new leaks, unaddressed structural damp, failure to follow ventilation/cleaning guidance.
